Life isn't about time-management; it's about choice management. How often are you truly "too busy" for something you really, really WANT to do? We can make time for anything we want - we wake up early, stay up late, or make it happen over our lunch break or weekend.

No, it's really an issue of choice management, not time management, and the difficult part is choosing wisely.

The next time you catch yourself making the excuse that you are "too busy" to do something, pause, and reflect. Get honest with yourself. How did you just spend the last 24 hours? Do you truly not have enough time, or do you just not want to do it?
